Hot Yoga 60 (Bikram series)

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Bikram yoga series of 26 postures and breathing exercises, performed in a heated room to improve strength, balance, flexibility and concentration. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Vinyasa/Flow Yoga

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Vinyasa is a method of practicing yoga postures, that are presented in sequence, flowing from one to the next. The practice focuses on trying to align one’s breath and spiritual intention with that movement.

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Power Yoga

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Power yoga is an active and athletic, Western style of yoga that moves quickly through the poses and each pose is held for only three to five breaths. The emphasis is on building strength and endurance.

Class Duration: 55 minutes


Prenatal Yoga

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Focused breathing techniques enabling the reduction or management to shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor. You'll be encouraged to gently move different areas of your body, such as your neck and arms, through their full range of motion. Gentle stretching; Postures.

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Hatha Core Yoga

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Hatha Core Yoga is a method of practicing yoga postures, that are presented in sequence with core strengthening moves such as planking and bridges, flowing from one to the next. Each posture is held for approximately 5-10 seconds.

Class Duration: 55 minutes
