Our Richmond Yoga and Pilates fitness studio has two rooms, Ardeo and Lux.
We heat our Ardeo room with our HVAC heating system and our newly installed infrared heaters. It creates a perfectly balanced room for doing hot yoga, hot pilates, and hot HIIT (high intensity interval training).
