Hot Pilates

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Hot Pilates class is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: The focus is your booty, core and legs. The high energy blend of Pilates and Barre infused with music will make you sweat! It is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced.

Class Description: Combination use of exercise balls, blocks, discs, bands and weight. It's a high intensity low impact workout guaranteed to make you sweat! It is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.
