Hot HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced.

Class Description: Combination use of exercise balls, blocks, discs, bands and weight. It's a high intensity low impact workout guaranteed to make you sweat! It is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.  

Class Duration: 55 minutes
