Zumba

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training. 

Dress Code: Non-marking runners, (only worn indoors,) and loose fitting exercise attire

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Strong by Zumba®

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Using only your body weight, STRONG by Zumba® will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. The original STRONG by Zumba® class is a demanding hour-long session that works your entire body. It’s ideal for hitting your ultimate fitness goals — and then making new ones.

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Afrobeats

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Afro Beats is a fusion of all types of African dance combined with Hip-Hop. It’s a style of dance derived from African cultures, lifestyle, and trends. The music is mainly made up of heavy beats and quick musicality. It’s a perfect way to exercise, build up your confidence in free styling, and party dancing.

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Hip Hop

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Street Style funky dance moves combined with the latest Hip Hop moves to Funky Beats. A class everyone enjoys!

Class Duration: 55 minutes

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: This is a high intensity, full body workout you will move at a rate that is ideal for calorie burning. With a mix of body weight exercises, cardio moves, and strength training, you can expect to be challenged in a different way with each class!

Fitness Level: Beginner to Advanced

Class Description: Boot camp is a group exercise class, mixing traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Designed in a way that pushes you harder, you’ll feel the burn and gain strength in no time!
