We believe change is always good and we’d like to assist in making the transition as smooth as possible. To better understand how we may help facilitate the process, we recommend speaking with one of our team members prior to making any changes to your existing pass or membership – it’s that simple!

If you would like to request for a cancellation of your Month to Month or Annual Membership(s), please kindly submit your cancellation request through our online form.

We do require a 72-hour advance notice to review and process the request. In some instances, exceptions to the Cancellation Policy may also be submitted via the online form; however, there are no guarantees as requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Upon completion of the review, a Burn365 Fitness team member will connect with you to detail the eligibility of your cancellation and submission of any supporting documents required.

Month to Month and Annual Membership Cancellation Policy:

Membership may be cancelled within 10 days after receiving membership agreement without providing a reason.

A minimum of 3 monthly payments is required.  After the first 3 months, membership will be charged to stored credit card (in member’s name) on an automatic monthly basis, until a minimum of 72 hours advance notice of cancellation is provided via online Cancellation Form.

After 10 days but in the first 3 months, cancellation can only be granted under the following circumstances and requires 72 hours advance notice and a cancellation fee of $50 (+ tax):  moving more than 30km away from any Burn365 Fitness studio (proof of new address required), OR a doctor has asked member to stop practicing for medical reasons (doctor’s note required).

Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for refund.
